Evidently, No One Told Him…

… that he’s supposed to be 6-weeks behind in his development.  Because at 8-months, he’s already standing… … even one-handed!  Even though I know its not wise to do, I compare Kaden’s development with his brothers’, and so far, he’s right on schedule.

And because we think it is so cute to see this little bitty guy doing such a big boy thing, we have him do it a lot…

… and it makes him tired. 

Kaden is also able to commando crawl and get to the sitting position from his tummy.  He likes to this trick most often in bed, in the middle of the night.  I find him sitting in the corner of his crib, crying, because he’s clearly confused about his position.  Next, maybe he’ll learn how to lay himself back down, and go back to sleep until morning. 

One can hope, right?
