Friday Night with Friends…

Isn’t it unfortunate, and a little backwards, that once you have kids, you don’t see even your best friends as often?  Dinner with these wonderful people used to be an every other week affair until we started poppin’ out kiddos… now its every other month (if we’re lucky) that we get together.  And we always swear we’ll do it more often, but then life happens and it may be fall before we hook up again.  Of course, this is a time when I’d LOVE to be wrong…
Gracie, Boone and Jen welcoming Kadeykade Gracie, Boone and Jen welcoming Kadeykade
Boone-tastic If you could see his parents’, it’s no wonder that this cutie-patutie has the most amazing blue eyes…
Jen and Kaden Jen has always been willing to hold the babes, even once she had her own…
Matt, Boone and Jon Wouldn’t be one of our get-togethers without stories and beer…

Chicken on a bone... Or without something cooked on the Traeger…

Escape to the outdoors...
More stories… more beer…

A little more Boone-tastic..  …okay, THERE are the beautiful blues…

Kaluha Cake And of course, dessert… is it okay to give kiddos Kaluha cake??? Oh, well… they loved it.

Working off the cake... Thank goodness for these rugrats finally being able to blow off some pent up energy!

Um, well, then this happened, just in time to head home.  He didn’t even care that he got sprayed off with a freezing cold hose… he thought it was totally worth it. (Sorry if you’re offended by seeing a three-year-old in Cars undies…)
Thanks for dinner Ferlans...  and for the always entertaining, good time…

The picts turned out great. I love them. Our house next for ribs whenever this rain goes away. How does that sound?
