In Other News…

Just a few random tidbits:

1) Gage and Cooper just can’t get enough of Kaden and thankfully, Kaden enjoys them, too.

2) Cooper has re-discovered a Seahawks jersey that his Uncle Boe gave him for Christmas 2 years ago (Tatupu is a nickname we gave Cooper before he was even born)… the jersey is actually a onesie, but he’s wearing it ‘unattached’ under the crotch for better comfort. He (and Gage) think they should wear jersies because of all the World Cup viewing that’s been going on here…

3)  World Cup viewing, does not, however, explain why Cooper feels it is suddenly necessary to wear a hard-hat at all times.  A hard-hat (or a helmet) is not a bad idea, though, for this crazy little rascal.

4) Kaden is now eating baby-food (more on that another time) and enjoys sitting in his hippo chair at the big boy table.  ‘Cept, he can barely see over the table.  Sweet little guy.  June-21,-2010-006

5) Cooper can now ride over the jump, which he was previously having a teen-age girl drama fit over a few weekends ago… see here for images of that…

6) And lastly… Matt got pictures of a mama black bear and her cub on his trail camera a few evenings ago.  His trail cam is NOT FAR from our house.  Coincidently, it was 2 years ago, almost to the day, that we had this same Mama in our back yard.  Way too close for comfort.  We’re praying she just leaves us alone and we can therefore, leave her alone.

Maybe it is a good thing we didn't come down, maybe she would have smelled us and wanted to visit again! Argh! Seriously though, what a memory. We will never forget that day, feelings, sounds of Bosely barking and fear!

Oh my, has it been that long since I've been at your house!!....Kaden's eating at the table! Cooper's riding his bike over ramps! Gage thinks he can go four-wheeling!! I'd better see those little guys soon, before they're all grown up!!!

XOXOXO to GCK

Yes, Kj... we joked about her knowing you guys were coming and that's why she ventured close. But then you didn't come and she changed her mind! :)
